"New World Condominium Apts III, Condominium Association began operation on December 30, 1977. We provide board member contact info, property manager contact, amenities provided, HOA rules and regulations. The Board of Directors is responsible for serving the community by making and enforcing the HOA rules, regulations and policies while making sure that the common areas and facilities owned by the Association are maintained and kept attractive.

New World Condominium Apts III is centrally located in the heart of Miami Gardens, Miami-Dade County, Florida, and 2 minutes away from I-95 and the Turnpike. We are 5 miles away from Aventura Mall, 7 miles from The Village of Gulfstream Park and 7 miles from Sunny Isle Beach.
